We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, we offer the following options:

Returns for Refund: Available within 14 days of the ship date for U.S. and international customers. A $25 restocking fee will apply to all refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit: Available within 30 days of the ship date with no restocking fee.

Return Requirements:1. Items must be in brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

2. The original product tag and Seonyo packaging must be attached, and the outer packaging must be included.

3. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Pre-paid shipping labels are unavailable for international orders.

For international return instructions, please email hello@seonyo.com with your order number and a photo of the item you're returning. 

Please note any items final sale items will not be accepted for a return.

If an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. 
You must first receive your item, and then return it to us for a refund. 

Store credit for returned items will expire after 1 year.
